UVA Darden Sands Family Grounds offers two floors of state-of-the-art meeting space in a chic environment. This campus and meeting venue has panoramic views of Washington, D.C., and versatile space for networking, receptions, educational, and other special events for up to 250 guests. This space also provides a professional learning environment with built-in presentation equipment and classroom setups, as well as breakout spaces throughout to facilitate collaboration. Columbia Island Marina

Bring your attendees close to nature at the Columbia Island Marina, an indoor-outdoor venue for meals and social events. Managed by the National Park Service, the marina is located along the Potomac River in the beautiful Lyndon B. Johnson Memorial Grove just north of Reagan National Airport. With views of the Pentagon, D.C., and the river, the marina can accommodate 50 outside and 25 inside and offers a variety of onsite catering options.
