Reagan National Airport, Historic Terminal A Lobby

The Historic Terminal A Lobby at Reagan National Airport offers meeting and event space for rent. Choose from conference rooms for your business meetings or the expansive Historic Lobby with sweeping views of the airfield for your corporate or private events.

Conference Rooms

Features include state-of-the-art conference rooms that can be rented individually (40 occupants), or combined as one large facility (80 occupants). A separate kitchen area is available in one conference room, and both spaces are equipped with a 70” LCD monitor. There's free WiFi accessible, and polycom telephones, microphones and podiums.

Historic Lobby

For a unique venue experience, the original Terminal A historic lobby at Reagan National is also available to rent for corporate or private events. The historic Terminal A lobby features one-of-a-kind views of the airfield and Washington DC, located across the Potomac River.

The grand open space lobby offers the flexibility for a variety of seating configurations tailored to suit your needs. Catering is available.
