Sukha Center
Overview
"Sukha means “good space” in Sanskrit. To us, it’s a place to let go and do good for your mind, body, and spirit. It’s an invitation to find your good space. At its heart, Sukha Center is a space for you to start, or continue, your journey towards your self. As yoga practitioners ourselves, we wanted to create our own place to teach, have fun, and learn from one another. What started as a seedling of an idea has manifested into a studio that’s home to an inviting, inclusive community of people who are passionate about sparking curiosity, conversation, connection through the practice of yoga.
Ashtanga is our foundation, and our classes encompass all styles, levels, and journeys. Each of our diversely talented teachers brings their own flavor to the room, which means no two classes are ever the same — as they always teach from the heart using their own training and experience as their guide. Holding space to embrace and celebrate connection through the true practice of yoga, the classes we teach are meant to help you to explore any pathway or principle that helps develop something that’s authentic to you and your lifestyle.
We believe that if you have a body, yoga is for you. Whether you’re new or experienced, identify as a yogi, an athlete, or a complete beginner, Sukha Center is created with you in mind. If you want to show up to breathe, sweat, and smile, then you’ve found your good space."
