Founded in 2007 by Georgetown University undergrads, Sweetgreen calls itself "a destination for delicious food that’s both healthy for you and aligned with your values." Sweetgreen sources local and organic ingredients, and offers a fast, fresh menu with farm-to-table vegetables and housemade dressings.
