On behalf of the mEducation Alliance and the other co-hosts for the 13th annual mEducation Alliance Symposium - "Inspiring the Next Generation of STEM Leaders-Everywhere!" we are delighted to welcome you to Arlington County, Virginia.
Situated directly across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C., Arlington offers visitors a mix of big-city excitement and small-town charm. It boasts dazzling high-rises and iconic landmarks, lush green spaces and lively streetscapes, global dining and hip nightlife — all just steps from the nation’s capital. A close-knit and welcoming community, Arlington's 26 square miles are home to an array of vibrant, walkable neighborhoods conveniently located on the region's Metro system, plus an incredible variety of things to do.
Science, technology, engineering, and math (S.T.E.M.) education should be accessible to learners — wherever they are located and regardless of their socio-economic status.
This year’s Symposium, our 13th annual, will focus on how S.T.E.M. education is and can reach the next generation of learners in all settings – including space ships!
As the largest global convenor of development and donor agencies investing in EdTech in developing countries, the mEducation Alliance is known for its highly participatory events. Our Symposia attract HQ and field representatives from Alliance member institutions along with other donors, government policymakers, practitioners, investors, non-profit and private organizations, and researchers.
